On behalf of the Neighbourhood Watch, we would like to announce to Breslau residents that there is an informational meeting on Tuesday November 4th at 7 PM at the Breslau Community Centre in the Empire Room.  They will be discussing what Neighbourhood Watch is and how it works.  The purpose of the meeting is to try to organize Breslau’s first Watch Group.  Marietta Gassewitz, the director of the Waterloo Region Neighbourhood Watch will be speaking at this meeting.
